End of Day 1, and Already Failed at keeping track. But.. (Day #1)
Woops! I guess I forgot to take pictures of what I ate today. It actually wasn't that bad! Did a little research on the Mediterranean diet and it's actually quite enjoyable, and not nearly as restrictive as the keto diet.
Strangely though, I didn't really eat a lot today. I wonder if it had to do with that whole fish I ate.

Breakfast
- Protein shake: 2 scoops of organic protein, couple of strawberries, handful of blueberries
Snack #1:
- 1 serving of Kettle-cooked potato chips
Lunch:
- Wasn't hungry! Had nothing for lunch.
Snack #2:
- Half a serving of chocolate-covered raisins
Dinner:
- Pan-fried Tilapia (whole fish fried in EVOO, shared half of the fish with the boyfriend).
- 2 cups of wild rice
- Mixed vegetables: egg plant, zucchini, green beans
Snack #3:
- Did not really have a snack, but I had 2 onions rings, half a serving of french fries, and a bite of my boyfriend's burger he got from Burger Express.
Exercise
- About 45 minutes total: 10 minutes cardio, biceps and triceps, whole chest, and abs.
